my late father served in the RAN during WW2 and was able to take this photograph of a Walrus off H.M.S. Gambia at Columbo in 1942. the camera was a folding bellows Zeiss 120 roll film. He, and other navy types of his vintage neary always referred to the Walrus as Pussers Duck or Pusser Duck. does anyone know why the type got this nickname?? it has bugged me for years and nobody seems to have a definitive answer!!
