my lead is a coward. not a stab at him. hes really a coward. so he just blamed his Girlfriend for him not following a simple direction at work!!! seriously he called her and blamed her not having a job for him not listening to directions. 5:am the overnight lead says its a 3500lb sack out there that has mixed product in it. the bottom is filled with fist size rocks the rest should have pebble size DONT RUN IT. just wait till maybe 7 or 8 am call our boss and see what he wants u to do with it. 11am he says Darren zack said dont run that 1. but RUN IT ANYWAY. we wil just pull off the big rocks.. i said are u sure 4 times. he says yes. put the sack in the system its all big rocks. me and tony look at MIKE And sau Why didnt u just leave it alone?. its 1:37pm we are just finishing up his mistake. the sack should have taken 20 minutes.. HOW ARE U BLAMING UR WOMAN? U COWARD!!!!
