(my) life lessons 1, 2, and 3: 1- breathe. this too shall pass. repeat as often as necessary. 2- sometimes what feels good isnt actually good for you. switch things up and see what a difference that makes. (note- hard not soft is better for back pain) 3- if you have people in your life who nourish and comfort you when youre hurting, give them 2000% love and support back and keep them in your life forever. if you dont have such folks yet, you might want to make that your #1 priority. giving thanks for all my wonderful loves/friends. you know who you are. i know im not easy. thank you. nuff
