my meal prep is DONE! :) Here is what I have on menu for this week: - Grilled Chicken (seasoned with MRS. DASH Garlic and Herb) -Sauteed Chicken Tenderloins ( Marinated in MRS DASH Teriyaki) -Extra Lean Turkey Balls -Lentils -Asparagus (baked in oven) -Zucchini and Squash ( sliced and baked in oven) -Broccoli and Cauliflower (steamed) PS: i do not season any of my veggies- dont feel the need too, but if you do, make sure you use sodium free seasonings!! xoxo- Lindsy
