my next door neighbor & WWII Purple Heart Veteran....Phil Skaggs.....he passed away in 2012 almost 1 year to the day after he visited the WWII Memorial in Washington DC as a member of the Honor Flight....so glad he got to go there.....I made him the Four Season collage 6 months before he passed....took me a year to capture his Flag in all 4 seasons that he proudly few in his front yard EVERYDAY.....also included in this album is his flag flying at half-mast upon his death....he truly was an AMERICAN HERO & I feel so honored in knowing him....I sure miss our frequent visits & porch sittin ....RIP my pal.....
