my phones speaker went on the blink and I could hear ppl but they couldnt hear me unless I put it on speaker phone, so I went to see my phone rep, they sent me another new phone which didnt work at all, I kept my old phone and waited for another replacement phone, then the Telus ppl in all their wisdom asked for the replacement phone And my phone to be sent to them and Then they will decide what to do:( Well, my Lizotte side came out when they gave me a choice of a Blackberry or an Android phone as a replacement, needless to say, I got on the phone with Telus and said this is not what Im paying for, my phone is under warrenty, I want an Iphone and I want it today, on my way right now to get my brand new Iphone, off the shelf:) some days it pays to complain lol
