my scooter got 16 thousand 103 miles before the ignition and wiring went bad my starter worked but my voltage regulator cdi and solenoid sticks grounding the starter sense its grounded to the block they do have problems with wires if you have a small oil leak you can clear the wiring harness with a clear hose tube and raze it pin and she glue in any lose wires but 16 thousand miles for 750 dollars isnt bad one could get a lot of work done average life of a scooter 3 1/2 years for a 150cc 4 to 5 4 a 250cc but parts are cheap and there hard to work on ether this video is interesting I liked it it got to the point car verses scooter scooters were thought to always have a bad reputation but I think not when we look at costs and saving money a little pink 200c turtle king is a nice looking scooter for a women most scooter starters ground to the frame but if you have a oil leak and it gets on the harness it can cause a frame short were the solenoid sticks and the bikes starter will crank with the motor and key off and out your ground black wire from the battery to the frame can be cleaned and coated with plastic glue but these problems with a leaking head gasket can cause wiring to mess up pluss just the vibration of 16 thousand miles its a lot r a cheepe its the best I could do it was not the motor it was parts cdi solenoid ignition plug and oil in the wiring harness caused bad problems the bike is retired I drained the gas tank and set it aside going to buy a new won soon with in two months or less one thats nicer and faster that goes 75+ if octane is used and air blower is used hot plug it it will go 85 but a non stock clutch cvt spring is to be used 2000 to 1500 rpm the back clutch pulls better scooters are faster at start then a lot of cars for about 60 feet .https://youtube/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=jbN7ZQT32CE thats a small 50cc quarter horse power I bleave
