my signature tricep trio i do toward the end of my tricep workout (skulls, narrow grip low thrusters and then dips). i hit a higher number (85lb) today to work through a plateau but this was not my PR. having a spotter makes a world of a difference so long as they catch onto your cues and know where/what moments and how much/little to help. as you can see here, by the end of your workout how intense it should be.
