my son was beaten by Officer Kelly M Smith Federal Way Officer involved in Administrative issues resulting in no longer on Task but rather is FW High School due to Excessive force beat my son and had him arrested to face assault and injuries not seen on tape for being suspicious for having 2 back packs...Video included I also have statements cop admits groining Angel wrongfully Date of incident 3-5 2014 Principle Littrell no longer at high school amids the new hearing where McColgan told so many different stories he nearly cried at last hearing and cancelled latest hearing due to child sick at 2 pm on day of hearing scheduled for a month on same day wow Mr McColgan stated in paper statement he witnessed Officer Kelly use force on Angel Now my Attorney Ernest Sadiq Morris Civil Rights Attorney is subpoenaing the forever forgetful witnesses...Amen Still pursuing charges against Office Kelly M,.Smith just awaiting more proof in my favor to get a conviction and a false L&I claim and get McColgans credentials did ask for civilian complaint forms they are in the mail...llol and the Super forgot to schedule the new hearing wow the first to convict my son was quick wow...and Littrell no longer is in the school and McColgan is real busy wow...I am not though I got all the time in the world AMEN
