my strange experiments with myself.. ...at one point of time in my life ..probably i got a depression attack..every now and then i was having a sinking feeling..went to doctors..started treatment..but of no use..these spell were becoming very regular ,palpitation and fear of unknown was becoming a part of my life.counselling was not also helping..i start feeling insecure and start sleeping in embryonic position to feel secure..and to go back to the safety of mothers womb..but nothing was helping and i was loosing the sheen and weight also..that was the time when in india the movie JAANBAAJ..was released..one of my friend take me to the movie to divert me..but i could not stand that movie till interval and run to my physician...i was relatively young and unmarried ...one day i came back early to my home..and told everybody that no body disturb me or knock my door till i open it...and locked myself in my drawing room..i swithced on my music system and STARTED DANCING MADLY TO THE MUSIC..I LOST THE SENSE OF TIME..I WAS DANCING..DANCING AND DANCING...TILL I BECOME DANCE..I DONT KNOW WHEN I SURRENDERED TO DANCE..WHEN THE DANCE BECOME RAQS..WHEN MY CORD GOT CONNECTED WITH THY..AND I BECOME PEACEFUL...STRANGE..:)
