my.unimelb Mobile App Pilot Test University of Melbourne will - TopicsExpress

my.unimelb Mobile App Pilot Test University of Melbourne will be running a pilot test on the mobile app for the student portal (my.unimelb) which is planned to be released next year. They need up to 200 student volunteers (approx. 100 iOS, 100 Android testers). How to apply: Send an email to portal-info(at)unimelb.edu.au using your Unimelb email account. Include your full name, student ID number and the device that you are using (iOS/Android). You will receive a reply with instructions on how to download and install the app, and your login details. The app will be accessible from Tuesday 21 October, for pilot participants only. For those of you who didnt like the portal (especially eStudent) for any particular reason, I strongly recommend you to apply for this pilot test, to prevent yourself from disliking the app in future. ^^; IMO, it makes more sense to have a significant number of computing students to try to report as many bugs as possible during this phase.
