my very first crockpot meal ( texas chili con carne ) I must admit Im a bit spectical .... I beleive a good meal must have sauté veggies and onions and dont like the idea of just throwing everything in a pot and letting it cook ..... I like to brown my meat in a pan .... but this texas chili is with beef cubes and they say the meat cooks to be very tender and tasty .... LETS SEE ! its suppose to be done by 6:00 😒 on verras bien
