my word for today is wipe-out and no I am not going to be on the TV show, it just describes how I feel after just the little shopping I had to do for the shelter this morning.(the big Sams order I will have to do in the morning). Funny how when you are trying to make progress on getting well, that a little bit of whatever you have to do, will zap your energy and strength in just a short time. Now I am home and can say I am staying put for the rest of the day laying on the sofa or taking a nap in my bed. I did sleep a lot better last night, but I am not ready to tackle the world yet. Thanks for the prayers. Hopefully with the test Thursday afternoon , I might have some answers to yay or nay on the blood clot.
