myHermes Thank you very much for delivering my parcel to my office on Saturday when we were closed. Unfortunately, your agent claims to have left it leaning up against the gate and as you can imagine the parcel has disappeared. Your very helpful website has advised that as you were delivering for a 3rd party, you can not discuss this with us. However, in the absence of the parcel and no information on your card we are unable to contact the retailer as we have no idea who it was or what the parcel was.
