myfitnesspal app says I still have 800 calories to spend. boy, Id better it count. They go really fast when youre tracking them. Breakfast: Lean Cuisine spinach and egg whites on a muffin. Lunch #1: chicken breast grilled Lunch 2# 2 chicken breasts and a salad Snack: 4 Oz veg soup and a banana Dinner: yet to be determined but Im leaning toward chicken breast, because I have a couple BBQ ones in a to go container. I dont have enough space here to tell you all of the temptations I turned down today. But Ill tell you one thing, having to put the food on the app keeps you accountable for everything that enters your mouth. This thing really works!
