nah, he is a blithering idiot, trying to act like he knows what he is doing. In some instances he does know what the promised to do and is doing a damn good job of it too, and that it to take the US down and kill as many Citizens as he can. As far as hie IQ (Idiot Quotes) are all off the wall and someone is sure writing fast on his teleprompter.
