nakakatuwa lang, only lonely planet mentions hotel delfino online and in their books (latest i read was 2012). from sources, we remain one of the faves of backpackers in the region on their way to other destinations. and yet we are not getting noticed by local bloggers when it comes to food (one of the best eats according to lonely planet). one recent cagayan visitor who came to have dinner with a family friend recently brougth up the idea of becoming a destination resto. i am confident that well get there even if it will take some time as we dont go for adverts even through social media. rants of a wannabe organic herbal farmer...
