need urgently. Marketing & Alliances Manager We are looking for ‘Marketing & Alliances Manager’ for Xcellence Plus, a HR Consulting & Corporate Training company in UAE. Reporting to the Director, the incumbent in this position will be in charge of managing marketing and alliance/partner activities across all channels. Responsibility will include but not be limited to maintaining relationships with Principals, professionals bodies,related industries and increasing Xcellence Plus’s brand equity, driving strategy and sales through alliance partners and ensuring revenue targets are met with good ROI. The ideal candidate should be from the services, hospitality, education or corporate training industry. Job Responsibilities A) Marketing · Determine marketing and communication needs aligned to business priorities and develop plans, including on-line and off-line and social media. · Responsible for consumer marketing, trade marketing and communications including events organization. · Social Media marketing B) Alliances · Developing, implementing and driving a partner and alliance strategy. · Own, deliver and exceed the revenue target for the Strategic Alliances. · Build new & strong alliances with various professional & related bodies and organizations. · Become the point person and expert within Xcellence Plus when engaging with the Strategic Alliance partners. · Develop, in conjunction with each Strategic Alliance partner, an overall business plan for delivering the target. Desired Candidate Profile · Native English speaker with Diploma / Degree in relevant field having 7 - 10 years total experience in marketing, out of which minimum 1 year from HR/ Training industry preferred. · Proven product specialist or marketer with a minimum of 2 years both offline and online. · Strong Internet & social media marketing focus · Strong corporate , B2B sales /marketing experience. · Excellent conversational skills (bi-lingual Arabic and English preferred) · Only candidates with UAE work experience & self-driven, need apply please Please send in your detailed resume to careers @ xcellenceplus , with a passport size photograph.
