It is essential above alll to show utmost courtesy and patience in your dealings with others. this is the mark of true leader. However, someone might say: this is all very well, but waht if the other does not want to play? What do you do then? Take the lead. Be the change you wish to see, and seek to understand first. This is basic human nature. When we feel understood, we feel valued and respected, and more open to a genuine interchange of thoughts and ideas.
