new Seed November 13 at 21:00 · Both the Old and the New Testament you will find true followers of God who at one time or another had doubts, especially on issues related to pain and suffering. Job, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Joshua, the list goes on. And clearly we see this reality in the life of Jesus Christ Himself when minutes before he died he cried out in despair, My God! My God! Why have you forsaken me? (Matthew 27:46, NIV). Help me out here. The cry of Jesus Christ on the cross, was an expression of disbelief or doubt? If the Son of God went through a situation like this, is that we could go through life immune to it?
