Worry is a illusion, stress is an illusion, pain is an illusion. THINK RELATIVE. Every action must be rooted in love, fear is not the master though it must be recognised and accepted as part of who i am, who we all are, to be free. nirvana is immintent. acceptance is the key to change, change without acceptance changes nothing at all. acceptance not critic. acceptance not judgement. You cannot accept just the light alone, accept the darkness in equal measure to find the gateway into paradise, heaven on earth, not in the clouds but peace in the mind.
