no offense to the young man, yet , his mother did say I love my SON the way he is which meaning hes still a young man not transgendered to a woman yet and his face does need to be seen properly photogged on his drivers license to be identified, what if something happened to this young man GOD forbid , its for proper identification what if HE were an organ donor? you wouldnt want him mixed up and identified as a young woman on a form of consent if hes not conscious or worse I say the makeup should be washed off theres nothing humiliating about being informed the picture wouldnt be acceptable with make-up on , theres no case here to sue the drivers license bureau when they are doing their job not trying to humiliate someone I thinks its more to the point he tried to get away with something to use a transgender issue , they didnt say he cried or sobbed or put up a fuss, they did take his pic without make-up on didnt they? He did asccept to taking the picture with no make-up ,hes lucky they, the State of South Carolina , didnt refuse him a drivers license altogether !
