not doing so well tonight have an enormous amount of depression and anxiety crippling me if I had the flu people would say I was unwell or a chest cold that I was ill but when it comes to bi polar its apparently all in my head and is not recognized as a legitimate illness Im every bit ill than if I had bronchitis in other words the pendulum has come back the other way and the mania has been replaced with depression and the anxiety that comes with it
