not sure how my insurance company could provide worse customer service. I told the nice lady trying to help me today that I would fire them if I could but I am stuck and they know I am stuck. They changed something internal to their company, and I now have to fix it to continue my treatment. 22 phone calls in 67 days and counting trying to get this back to how it was before they changed their processes. I need a champion and no one is willing to step up so I start from square 1 each time I call. Their goal = to stop me from calling so they can stop paying for my treatment
