note from a client; "Sarah your prayers must be truly magical! The strangest thing happened! For some reason my old realtor thought I was still trying to get the first house I looked at and was going through the agency that listed that one! Even after I told her repeatedly I wanted this one! She has been fighting this whole time over commission for the wrong house and ended up shooting herself in the foot when she wrote my letter of release from her realty by giving the address for the old house and the wrong realty! This leaves me and my realtor ready to move forward! I have already spoken with my realtor and the sellers and we are sealing the deal Tuesday! Thank you so mich for your thoughts and prayers.
