nothing is going to get better until the idiots who screwed it up have some incentive to guarantee results instead of their typical lack of accountability and bullshit promises. EXAMPLE: BARACK OBAMAS KIDS DONT GO TO DC SCHOOLS. HIS PRECIOUS LITTLE GIRLS GO TO A PRIVATE SCHOOL. WHAT DO YOU THINK WOULDVE HAPPENED TO THE DC SCHOOL HIS KIDS WOULD HAVE TO ATTEND BY JURISDICTION IF HE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO SEND THEM THERE? you know? LIKE ALL THE OTHER KIDS PARENTS WHO CANT AFFORD a PRIVATE SCHOOL? exactly... y do u think they want the voucher plans to go away? so the great unwashed cannot rub elbows with their precious children. only the better than all the rest of u.s. great unwashed... y do u think our public schools are FAILING in every measure across the board? no one who can fix the problems have ANY incentive to do so. in fact, the incentives are working against u.s. what do you think will happen regarding FIXING ALL OF THE ISSUES AND PROBLEMS THAT ARE MANDATORY UNDER THIS NEW SYSTEM OF HEALTHCARE? they are not having to deal with those problems EITHER. just like they dont have to deal with their kids going into a war zone every day... there is no incentive for them to fix the problems unless they suffer under them, themselves. THAT IS WHY OUR FOUNDERS WANTED US GOVERNED BY PEOPLE WHO ARE SUBJECT TO living under all THE LAWS THEY PASSED.
