We are currently seeking a Director in Financial Management for our Management Consulting practice to join us in our _____ office. Responsibilities: Lead multiple client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements to help ensure compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards Utilize technical and financial operation/transformation knowledge to identify complex client issues, broaden client relationships, and develop a reputation as a thought leader Lead and support business development activities, such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities at clients Help lead advisory teams in solving complex strategic and tactical problems Build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including contributing to articles, whitepapers, and training efforts Qualifications: Eight years of relevant work experience with three years of experience in public accounting or comparable advisory services Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalent from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university, CPA, and/or other advanced professional credential is preferred Deep financial transformation knowledge and experience Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices Progressive experience leading teams, mentoring staff, evaluating performance, and providing performance feedback Strong communication skills and ability to establish a rapport with clients and colleagues KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
