Job Summary: Relationship Managers will be primarily responsible to develop, manage and grow lending relationships in the Commercial segment driven through quality service and applied management. Relationship Managers will focus on providing 360 degrees Relationship Management to customers to improve business profitability and serve as a one-stop shop for customers¿ banking needs. Key Responsibilities: • Develop process and maintain Commercial portfolio through proactive and consultative approach with management. • Understand customer needs to improve and grow funded and non-funded business within the business parameters and prudential regulations, eventually affecting the bottom line. • Secure existing business relationships through analysis of needs and stipulation of products and good quality services. •Monthly review and analysis of existing business and clients to recognize any potential threats and devising strategies to reduce bad portfolio. •Work in close relationship with Risk, CAD and other managers to ensure that credit applications (new proposals, renewals, restructuring and settlement facilities) are correctly prepared in accordance with UBL¿s credit policy and procedures. •Conduct customer meetings that have defined call objectives, desired goals and well-constructed plans. •Maintain accurate and up to date records of all actual and attempted customer interactions. •Solicit and acquire new business as when required within the defined market segments. •Timely preparation of MIS and call reports.
