A , 19/09/2013 South | - Lingering moisture from the remnants of Ingrid will keep the threat of showers and thunderstorms across southern Texas. - A deep easterly flow blowing across central and southern Florida will keep showers and thunderstorms in their forecast. Some of the rain will be locally heavy - Scattered showers and thunderstorms are also possible from Oklahoma over to Tennessee. - Temperatures will be seasonably mild in the southeast and a bit above average in the southern plains. Northeast | - The dry weather will continue through Friday with a warming trend. - High temperatures will generally be in the 70s Thursday with some 80s working in Friday. - A cold front brings more clouds and the chance of showers for the weekend. Midwest | - Weather will be unsettled weather for parts of the Midwest for a couple of days. - Some showers and a few thunderstorms will be scattered across the lakes and Ohio valley Wed night and Thursday. - A cold front will move into the Dakotas with thunderstorms and some locally severe weather Wednesday night. - The front will push the storms into the upper MS valley down into the central plains Thursday. - Some severe weather in the form of gusty winds and hail are possible along the front. - Well above average temps ahead of the front will be replaced by below average temps behind the front in the western plains Thursday. - The cooler air will push into the central plains Friday, and then the Lakes and Ohio Valley Saturday. West | - Rain and thunderstorms will occur Wednesday night from Montana down to Colorado and linger some into Thursday. - The rest of the region will be dry. - Highs generally in the 60s and 70s in the inter mountain region and the pacific coast Thursday. - Hot in the desert southwest with 90s and low 100s.
