off the beaten tracks with Betty from Prague Steps Bíleks Villa in the neighborhood of Prague Castle. Bílek was Art-Nouveau Symbolist and deeply religious sculptor and architect who designed this villa as his private house and art studio in 1911. It features an original shape resembling trace of a scythe in a field. Bíleks building is articulated by pillars and corn sheaves which evoke Egyptian architekture.
