off to asian hospital for muscles and nerves test to determine the extent of spine problem after cervical spine MRI yielded possible cause of back pains and numbness of left shoulders, arms and fingers. Thank God that the brain MRI procedure result was normal. Such a big relief coz it got rid of my paranoia that almost resulted to nervous breakdown. Now i realized how important good health is and i need to slow down in all activities to avoid stress. Bawal n ang magalit para d ma high blood, bawal n dn ang ma overworked para d sumakit ang likod. In short, matutong mag relax kng pagod n. Am not getting any younger ... praying for a not so harsh results of the test... .
