oh melancholy that Traps me in the bowel Of decay and pain U have separated me From my cherished love And holed me up In the crevice Of dead life The flakes that held Me blind Now have fallen off All i see is nothingness For my world has Scattered like debris After the rain. They that held me dear And named me the Best of names have All gone Leaving me loveless In the midflight Now i wonder where The train halted mid course. and left bereft of hope I sail forlorn like bat in daylight
