oh my goodness! i fell in love today ...with a skateboard? yup, thats right. i can almost sorta ollie [kinda], so can soon roll in style and then learn the plethora of tricks from that, but ALSO found new ways to do taiji with a board! sinking/floating concepts with a manual (not that i can do a manual) ; holding horse stance while standing on a sideways skateboard, and then balancing on the thing width of the board...just the basic concept of mindfullness/awareness of my body, and an extension of my body. now i will practice qi cultivation again, in between studying of course, its all connected.
