oh my goodness...one of my most influential actors, James Dean! I hope this is true...that he said this/ I completely live this...strive for this way. My goal...my chosen artistic tempered ingredients always included Bruce Lee meets James Dean. If I could be the amalgam of their free brilliance with the foundation of my mother and father to build upon...I believe I would be worthy of being an actor. James Dean....I was cast to play him, to recreate his drunk driving commercial...once upon a time in Seattle, when I was a rebel without an agent! I was cast...but I withdrew my part because of an old agent trying to make money off me. I turned it all down...but I was ready to take on this artistic...actors burden...willing to accept all the experiences.... Ironic too to me now....to recall how my own battles getting cast were biased with Jim - youre too much James Dean, or you got too much James Dean going on. Can you believe that actually worked against me? Even Cameron Crowe...who had already cast me as RICH in his film Singles along side Kyra Sedgwick...would bring me in on a music video/soundtrack release for the movie and Id hear too much James Dean!!! There will never be too much James Dean for me....James Hechim.
