ok Gabriola, I know I am one of many who are somewhat perturbed at the lack of road lines around our island......I know it is Emcon, or believe that they are responsible for this, so shall we start a petition for this? who do we write to? do we rally amongst ourselves to do it ourselves? seriously, who else is interested in making this happen a bit faster????? I take my boy at dark to the point to hear the waves and look at the stars if they are out.....the foggy nights are magical and all, the rain fills our cisterns. I am very on it with high beams immediately lowering them for walkers, cyclists, etc.....but we need better conditions for safety. There are people who do very well with reflective gear and flashlights, headlamps and the like and I am impressed by that. So if anyone knows who to contact or is interested in working on this, let me know :D. thanks !!
