ok I have straight talk Home phone service and you pay $15.00 a month for unlimited calling. Last night my phone was deactivated because they say my phone was calling machines. I asked what the guy was saying because he did not speak very good English and he told me that We have been calling machines like airport terminals and data processing centers. I asked this man what we have to do to fix this problem could he give us a new number. He hung up on me! Honesly I WAS being nice. So I called back and now they have us on lockdown. Im not sure why But I was told that if I go buy another $99.00 base and $15.00 phone card they can reactivate my number. I dont understand if they can reactivate my number if I spend money on a base why cant they just issue a new number and reactivate my phone.Now I think im a bit pissed off. So I wont have a phone for a bit.
