ok all the pictures of supper cooking inspired me! this is a new recipe, but of course i changed a few things. the main being cook in a 9 x 13 pan NOPE! cooked in my 12 inch CI. it was yummy, hubby and garbage disposal (16 yr old son) says its a keeper 4 boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed 4-6 potatoes, washed and cubed 1/3 c olive oil 1 - 2 tsp salt 1 - 2 tsp pepper 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp paprika mix oil with seasoning. place chicken and potatoes in oil and mix well to coat. with a slotted spoon, remove chicken and potatoes and place in pan. cook at 400ish (i have a wood cook stove, i cant just turn the dial) for about an hour, stirring every so often, until potatoes are done. brown about 1/2 lb. of bacon, chopped remove bacon from pan,(CI of course) drain most of the grease carmelize some chopped onion in the remaining bacon grease (are you drooling yet???) sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of chicken stuff, then sprinkle bacon and onion, then put just a little more cheese. bake for about 5 more minutes, until cheese is melted. it was super easy!
