ok first new rules for the raider and trail the first rule concerning WoD so dont worry if you dont have the thing im guna ask of you, because its not important for this patch. i will also explain the reason behind the new rules after the rules :) rule n01 raider and trial have to have a minimum of 2 alts top lvl and starting to gear for raiding rule n02 all raider and trial that sign up for a raid event on the calender you HAVE to attend unless you have a reason why you can not attend (if you dont have a reason or you just couldnt be bothered can result in demotion) rule 03 all raiders and trial who consistently never sign for event this will lead into having a chat why you arent signing and a number of events to show that you are signing for event(if you dont this will result in demotion and not being able to sign for events, you can then only be invited) general rules. 24-48hrs to inofrom if you cant attend the raid, no arguing in the raid, no bad mouthing other ppl in the raid team, if you are in another raid flex or normal with a different guild please present your self well as you are representing KOGG. ok all the rules apart from n01 are self explanatory so dont worry ill explain n01 the reason why i ask if all the raider/trial have a min of three alts, this is because a new loot system is being introduced into WoD. (there is a link on the guild fb for the info from fatboss vid) as the raids in WoD are mainly guna be using the flex mechanic you can have 10-25 raiders in normal and heroic for every one person above 10 ppl there is a 20% chance thats an extra item wil drop from the raid boss e.g if there are 15 ppl in the raid three items will drop from the raid boss where if there were only 10 ppl only 2 items wil drop, also this comes with a problem aswell for every raid member with the current raid tier gear there is also a chance that no loot at all will drop. e.g if 6/10 ppl in the raid are a top ilvl and no longer need gear from that tier there is an x% chance that no loot will drop for ppl that still need gear from that tier. so this ir the reason why raider/trial need a min of thre alts so when we get to the stage where half the raid is geared and the other half isnt, the half that is can swap to an alt so again there wont be a chance of no gear dropping also please if you can help it please dont make three of the same class e.g healer main please have maybe 2 dps alts and dps main try having tank healer or 2 healers. sorry for the overload of info please give some time to read it a pass it on
