ok gotta do this im over it..... I deposit a 1500 check over the weekend to my BOA account.... they put a 1300 hold on it... I call later in the day and talk to a guy named Steve... He refuses , I mean refuses to esculate my call to a supervisor, when its my understanding when someone asks for a supervisor they are suppose to... and he begins to argue with me... so after telling him off and getting his name i call back and get a very nice Supervisor from Penn> he puts a temp deposit on my account so nothing will be returned and takes care of my account very nicely... I wake up this morning and the temp deposit is off NO record of it and account in overdraft even though there is 1300 pending in there, I call again... and the supervisor i talk to wont help... WHATS UP Bank AMerica.... cant u help instead of lecture ur clients.... geezzze not a happy camper right now...
