ok i will be looking for roommates (two) to help share my new place for Dec. so anyone looking or know of some cool artistic, open minded awesome people looking for a pretty awesome looking place let me know. Location is north of st clair and weston road though (booo...) but its pretty kick as and still under an hour on TTC to get home after the subway stops running Details arent finalized for costs and stuff but the finances are looking at the $650 range right now. Things that will be changed in the video...painted!!! kitchen wall knocked down/opened up. bathroom redone in stone/pretty natural look. Two huge art studios downstairs. 2 living rooms. Going to have a hot tub in the back yard. Decent sized bedrooms with closets.....I take possession of it at the end of October so can show it off then if needed.
