ok it comes to something when an IT company like this cannot even answers its own emails. I have been struggling with my Office 2010 for 3 weeks now it worked perfectly fine then one day nothing, after more downloads as instructed I am now without any outlook or word or anything so what did I do I rang. Got a nice man who asked me to call another number so I did funny that it was the same number I had already rung, now I have a nice lady who informs me I have rung her in the Pillapeans - Nice not really when I ask how much the calls are she informs me 40 per minute so we attempt a download again after a very dodgy attempt at the alphabet and a few giggles from her end I am now extremely frustrated and more than a little angry but download away and I did 2 hours later. (thank god I hung up on the nice lady) again nothing, really is it worth all this hassle - the answer to me yes I have all my documents in Office all my emails and now nothing, if there is some nice person out there who would please answer my email with a direct simple solution I would be so grateful. Error 0X8007000D is really giving me a headache.
