ok, looking for opinions... yesterday i start having pain on my left side kidney area. almost like a runners cramp. it would get worse, better, then worse all day n evening. then late last night i could swear someone stuck a hot poker thru my side for 10-15 minutes. took my breath away. as long as i laid completely still the pain was tolerable. this morning, i couldnt keep anything down, stayed home and slept most of the day... now, i feel better, but i feel REALLY sore where the bad pain was. my only option to see a dr would be the er.. but dont want to go unless this pain comes back..any ideas?
