ok...now for a rant...my husband has teetered up and down along the high cholesterol threshold. it goes up the dr. threatens to prescribe meds, he promises to be good and it goes down, it goes up again, she prescribes meds, he takes meds two days then gets scared and stops, he is good again then it goes down, well this time its up again and he brought home pills...im not impressed...OH..and hes justifying because she said 80% of high cholesterol in people is due to genetics and only 20% is lifestyle....i will not hear the end of it and i call it bull....well there is a new sheriff in town and now no more excuses...tomorrow everyone in this house becomes nutritarian...its enough!!
