ok...now there is something else bothering me...ive tried for over two years to fix the back wall...last summer till dec i had someone but he bailed and nothing ever happened, told my co freeholders that sadly it wouldnt happen as he played me in a way...so trying to figure something else...2nd week of feb new managing agents went with their contractors to check the back wall and went away...last tuesday i saw our managing agent and he told me the price for the wall...and would email us that day...only emailed all of us yesterday...from beginning of feb i was assured that all freeholders were talked to and there was communication...the emial last night was a shock for the other freeholders...neither had been in contact with managing agent and pretty weirded out at the backwall and price news....of course they dont want to pay for that...but they could have been emailed and explained and told why they should pay...now i feel bad because feels like a trap on them...even though 1100 divided by 4 isnt that big of an amount compared to the roof being fixed....in a way i want to pay it all because thats how i am and that what i said i would do and so i wont bother them....but its their building almost not mine anymore even though it touches my flat in two parts...so im concerned and its my problem but then again...do i let the new people pay for it do i pay for it...we dont usually talk normally anyway we have each others email and mobiles but there is no contact between us...but i dont like to upset people...solicitor and manging agent said to make them pay because its the building...arrrgghhh lol
