ok ok...last one because Steven Starks got me started again..... Listen, to all the NIGGERS who stand back and talk about stop resisting he was resisting. Im no lawyer (and I have lawyer friends who can comment and correct)...but Resisting, short for resisting arrest happens AFTER an individual has been placed under arrest. Questioning an individual does NOT constitute arrest and the police have NO RIGHT TO TOUCH you while questioning you and you have a RIGHT NOT to answer any questions. Now because we SLEPT on the stop and frisk policies, they now have a right to search you with probable cause or suspicion which is highly subjective and discriminatorily applied. This rule allowed them to dismantle the unlawful detainment rules and now allows them to detain you while searching you. So if an innocent person resists being detained, he is now classified as resisting (not arrest but detainment). The practice is a FUNDAMENTAL VIOLATION of an indviduals 14th amendment rights. And resistance to the violation should be respected...But because we cowards stand back and let the white men violate our people....because had that been a nigga in plain clothes the other niggas would have jumped off the porch instead of standing back and watching the baby boy be assaulted, the violation has now taken us back to black codes in the Jim Crow south where any white man can question and detain us because of their OWN fear and suspicion of blackness. My weve gone all the way back...IT WONT STOP UNTIL WE STOP IT....
