ok since moving into my house, we have had debt collectors calling for the same low life POSs, we get their credit denials, all their debt mail everything, with this person still using this address... me knowing that GE Capital is/has switched to synchrony bank i finally opened one of these pieces of mail.... the damn moron applied for a tjmaxx credit card on 8/15/2014.... i have been living here now for 4 years... i am pretty sure there has to be a law against him still using this address after 4+ years. and yes i know it is illegal to open his mail but i am sick and tired of the phone calls and mail, it is borderline harassment of us. Our bills are paid on time every month at most s day late due to mail, but hell i am over it and about to take this guy to court for continually using my damn address and all the harassing phone calls from his debt collectord and they dont care what the hell time it is they have call here as late as 11pm and as early as 6am... someone please tell me if there is a law against this asshole for using my address after 4+ years
