ok so .. I always pay my bills online and night before last I was paying a credit card payment ( card I have had for years) and when the payment was accepted it showed a message that said .. thank you for paying using your bank account ending in 3518 .. trouble is my account doesnt end in 3518.. so I am puzzled and try to go back into the section that says .. bill pay.. but it informs me that I cannot go back there to make another payment for 24 hours.... I cant even get into the section where the bank account info is stored for 24 hours .. ugh ... ok .. so at this point I look for a button for live chat .. ugh WHAT WEBSITE does NOT have a button for that ? well apparently this one doesnt ... I finally call a number listed for lost or stolen cards .. the guy that answers there is really nice and understands my trouble but says he cannot help unless I lost my card .. but he does give me a number for customer service that he assures me I can get a live person to answer this morning ..so I call and after listening and rejecting other options to solve my problem for more than 20 minutes .. I am finally connected to a live person .. and she answers the phone is a heavily ACCENTED voice and says .. hilo, my name is Jane how can I assist you .. lol.. I already know with that accent and a name like Jane that I am in trouble .. anyways in her defense I was stressed from being on the phone that long so I am probably rambling .. I tell her about the message, the wrong 3518 number and the lost and stolen guy all at once ..and she says .. ok how can I help you .. so I repeat it slower and tell her I need her to look and see why the wrong bank info is on there and she says .. ok hold please.. she comes back and says that payment was already made .. ugh .. so I Tell her yes I know but thats not my account number .. so I ask her can she take a look at it and tell me what the whole number is so I can figure out what happened .. and then silence .. then she says I CANNOT TELL YOU ABOUT ANOTHER PERSONS BANK ACCOUNT .. UGH .. SO I said ok can you just clear that payment out so I can go back in there and figure it out myself .. it wont let me back for 24 hours .. and she says. .. and I swear after all that .. I can take your payment on the phone .. ugh and ugh .. so I once again ask her just to clear that payment out so I can get back in the website .. she says.. ok hold please .. ugh .. and then she comes back and SAYS to me mam that payment has cleared .. OMG .. I just hung up ... I will be asking if they have anybody named Billy Bob when I call back ....
