ok....so I needed only 1 credit to get the full time scholarship this summer while externing and there is nothing available worth one credit worthwhile lol.....but I did do some soul searching and decide to accept the fact that it is necessary to be bilingual pretty much in any field these days, especially healthcare. So, I am going to be taking Spanish 101 this summer while externing. I do walk in the graduation ceremony in May but officially wont have the degree in hand until externs are done. I have decided my two specialties will be Pediatrics and Geriatrics. Others struggle with both, but as you all know I am unlike most :) I would love working with the elderly for 5 weeks and the in pediatrics for 5 weeks, and in the mean time I will be learning Spanish 101. Dear Lord, I will submit my prayer requests early :))))
