ok so feeling more organised and together about myself today : im doing ok and to be frank - better than a lot of people who have been through similar circumstances. 1. i hold down a 80-100k a year job 2. i have a fantastic friend living with me , who really brings a bunch of joy and purpose to my life 3. i have a amzing future ahead 4. i have survived a hell of a lot and i am stronger for it 5. shoulder and arm musle already starting to come back 6. Voice going deeper agian , attitudes changing and going back to being the bloke i used to be 7. some shit circuling my life but have plans to handle most of it over the next 4 months 8. i have shelter, food and warmth and companionship 9. i have good friends. All in all it isnt perfect but its not bad.
