ok, so its hard for me to powerlift bc of my back injury (yes im a precious princess), im holding of on the bodybuilding cos it made my thyroid etc retarded, and i need a fitness related thing to keep me from getting fat and mental...... so I AM DOING CROSSFIT... they do it at my gym, so easy peasy lemon squeezie so F$#! the lot of ya, CROSSFIT FOR THE WIN!!! do i get a free tshirt or something at least???
